Popis: | This article describes a Principles of Agribusiness Marketing course redesign that incorporated an online management system, various electronic information resources including a product innovation database, and individual and group research projects. Using the food industry as the vehicle, we attempt to enhance student understanding of basic marketing principles. Responses to an end-of-quarter technology survey and tracking data from the course management system are applied in a Technology Acceptance Model to determine factors that may influence student perceptions of the course management system's usefulness as a learning tool and performance.
