Popis: | In view of the lack of modern engineering design theory in the early stage of ship power plant as a support, focus on the experience and intuition of designers, and put forward the application of Quality Function Development (QFD) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) Design of ship power plant. In this paper, the House of System analysis method is introduced to the overall design of QFD and FMEA integrated theory, and the key parts and weaknesses of the system are determined by the integration theory and the prevention and improvement measures are put forward. This study provides a new theoretical basis for the design of the ship's power plant, and provides an effective basis for improving the system reliability and improving the design quality. |
