Popis: | The influence of some electrodeposition parameters on the structural properties of hard magnetic CoW films with perpendicular anisotropy is reported. It is shown that the character of columnar structure formation and that of the texture growth are interconnected and may be accounted for by the deposition conditions and adsorption of the products of electrode reactions at the cathode. |
