Popis: | In previous attempts to model the behavior of the charge output of superconducting tunnel junctions, we have postulated the existence of traps which locally confine quasiparticles. Recently, we gathered more insight in the nature of these traps and developed a theory of inelastic transitions incorporating intra-gap localized states at magnetic impurities. |
