The modern capabilities of intelligent systems make it possible to significantly expand the application of methods of structural-parametric data analysis in domain-oriented areas, which were previously considered the exclusive prerogative of specialists-experts with relevant experience and knowledge based on the ontology of these areas. There was no exception to the possibility of using programmatic analytical complexes in the field of profiling - obtaining characteristics and forecasting of personality behavior based on private characteristics, characteristics of physiology, non-verbal and verbal manifestations. The article proposes a system model of an intelligent profile system for managing personnel reserves, which opens up opportunities for both selections of personnel and effective training, and rotation of existing employees of the organization. To implement this model, a register of open information resources is determined. The system model corresponds to the structure of an expert system in which the formation of many solutions is present. The task is to ensure validation and verification of models taking into account uncertainty management. A software analytical complex has been developed, the implementation of which will make it possible to search and analyze data, form indicators for their subsequent use in decision-making in managing the organization's processes. Representation of knowledge about the studied subject area in the form of a system model allows the use of formal logical rules, graphicanalytical metalanguages and rules for the development and design of software analytical systems, to ensure ―electronic‖ transparency and openness in managerial, technological and other aspects. To implement this paradigm, state registers of open information resources are determined and created. The novelty of the results is presented on the example of the formation of a set of parameters necessary for assessing the personality, taking into account the specifics of the activity and the structure of the organization. |
