Popis: | A novel high speed spectrophotometric system for the measurement of the weak transient radiation which can be repeatedly provided has been constructed. The principle of operation is based on the nanosecond measurement of the time distribution of the emitted photon burst during the short period of transient radiation. The system is characterized by the unique operation of multichannel coincidence circuit which works in conjunction with a high speed timing discriminator. An on-line mini-computer also plays an important role in accomplishing the data acquisition and analysis. Typical fluorescence decay curves are presented to demonstrate the system performance. |
