| Popis: | This review focuses on one major work of Hans Kelsen which was first published in 1922 and is now included in the most recent volume of Hans Kelsen Werke. While Kelsen’s reputation is as a legal philosopher, this 1922 work shows that he had an excellent understanding of sociology, especially regarding Georg Simmel and Max Weber. |
