Popis: | As the online shopping trend grows, customer reviews for the products/services have been affecting the purchase decisions accordingly in shopping online. This may be explained by the fact that the customers have no other probable way of verifying real products/services on the Web. However, to date, there are no common standards for the evaluation on the customer reviews since each customer has a different sense of value. In such cases, after taking into account another customer’s review on a product that we are currently using, we may alter our own evaluation on the current product in comparison with another product. As a model of such a decision making, we propose a novel pairwise proportional imitative protocol that a customer refers to reviews on his/her current products as well as his/her payoff. We also derive the mean dynamics generated by our proposed imitative protocol, and further discuss the relationships between dynamical behaviors of product share and stealth marketing. |
