Popis: | We present the complex study of the polarization reversal process in single crystals of cerium doped relaxor ferroelectric strontium barium niobate Sr 0.61 Ba 0.39 Nb 2 O 6 (SBN61:Ce) using in situ visualization of the domain kinetics by optical microscopy with simultaneous recording of the switching current data. The original mathematical treatment of the experimental data has been used for quantitative characterization of the switching kinetics. |
