Popis: | A solid state electrochemical sensing device using stabilized-zirconia has been made by thick-film lamination. The sensing properties of the sensor have been investigated. As a result, the sensor could be miniaturized and improved in the respect of the CO selectivity against H2, water vapor, SOx and NOx, compared with a bulk type sensor. In addition, it showed an excellent long-term stability under harsh condition in a combustor. A sensing mechanism involved mixed potential and diffusion process has been proposed for the laminated type sensor. |
