Optimization of flux density distribution for planar motor Halbach permanent magnet array

Popis: With the development of precision machining industry, the precise positioning platform has put forward higher requirements. The planar motor is a new type of two-dimensional planar motion device. Compared with the traditional device, it has the advantages of higher accuracy, faster speed and less loss. In this paper, halbach permanent magnet array was proposed and planar modeling was carried out in comsol software to establish the relevant magnetic field and conduct the magnetic field analysis and force analysis, so as to obtain the distribution diagram of magnetic flux density, harmonic diagram and related magnetic field diagram. Finally, all the obtained graphs and data are summarized, and the basic research results and significance are obtained.
