Popis:	In Indonesia, orange production is projected to increase in 2020 with high demand for households. However, this potential is not accompanied by proper process in supply chain. Damage identification is very important to prevent damage to oranges and maintain their resale value. This study employed the Rapid Agricultural Supply Chain Risk Assessment (RapAgRisk) to analyze risk. The research was conducted by snowball sampling through in-depth interviews with actors in the oranges supply chain. The research found several risk factors in the supply chain of fresh oranges. Each mitigation factor aims to reduce the damage to oranges and to maintain the quality of oranges.
