Popis: Introduction: The computer assisted technique procedure of sacroiliac screw placement is introduced with the help of four cases having traumatic injury of the sacroiliac joint. The forth case was performed with percutaneous navigation. Therefore we developed a special kind of technique for percutaneous registration. Materials and Methods: We implanted 5 Leibinger screws near the posterior superior iliac spine for the nonpercutan registration. The intraoperative CT data acquisition was performed with a 3 mm slice thickness, 2 mm reconstruction index and 1 pitch. The dynamic reference base was fixed at the iliac crest. Results: In all four cases the screws could be placed easily, the postoperative CT showed a good placement of the screws. In one case we got an early wound infection at sacroiliac joint, another case got a wound infection at the symphysis after osteosynthesis. We reached an acceptable degree of accuracy in all four cases. Conclusion: The screw placement can be performed much more easily and saver because of the image guided technique, the risk of neurological damage is reduced to a minimum. We think that especially the percutaneous navigation is useful for the screw implantation of the sacroiliac joint.
