| Popis: | espanolEste trabajo aborda una lectura desde una posicion constructivista integradora de tres de los conceptos transdiagnosticos relevantes en depresion y ansiedad: Afecto Negativo y Afecto Positivo, Sensibilidad a la Ansiedad e Intolerancia a la Incertidumbre. La investigacion clinica procedente de la comparacion entre resultados y procesos terapeuticos comunes y diferenciales en pacientes ansiosos y depresivos asi como en comunalidades y diferencias en sus narrativas del self se utiliza para contrastar la relevancia de dichos conceptos asi como su compatibilidad con la lectura integradora del constructivismo. EnglishThis paper presents an integrative constructivist approach to three of the relevant transdiagnostic concepts in depression and anxiety: Negative Affect and Positive Affect, Anxiety Sensitivity and Intolerance to Uncertainty. Clinical research from the comparison between outcome and common and differential therapeutic processes in anxious and depressive patients as well as in communalities and differences in their self-narratives is used to contrast the relevance of these concepts as well as their compatibility with the integrative approach to constructivism. |
