Popis:	What’s in a word? The terminologies ‘transcultural’ and ‘multicultural’ are frequently used to identify or define clinical service providers who work with migrant and refugee clientele. The following commentary seeks to elucidate the meaning behind the words used freely and interchangeably in mental health care provision to Australia’s multicultural population and to stimulate further thinking about how clinical services for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities should more appropriately identify themselves.
