Popis:	An important point in dental implantation is considered to be the preparatory stage, which includes the elimination of foci of chronic infection in the oral cavity and the entire maxillofacial region as well as in the nasal cavity and sinuses. The article covers the clinical features of preparation for sinus lifting, compares the methods of rehabilitation of the maxillary sinuses.
