Popis:	Phase structures of nonionic surfactants are affected by amphiphilic additives. Optimum detergency and the existance of lamellar crystalline phases correspond. This can be used to develop effective surfactant poor cleaning systems for low temperature detergency. PIT curve measurements in the presence of hydrocarbons as model soils can be applied for a quick information on optimum conditions. The results of investigations of phase behavior were utilized in textile or hard surface cleaning. Examples are demonstrated.
