10x voltage reduction in an electrooptic prism scanner in thin-film LiNbO/sub 3/ using crystal-ion-slicing

Popis: We demonstrate a 10x reduction in the driving voltage of an electrooptical scanner in LiNbO/sub 3/. The scanner is made by exfoliating a 10/spl mu/m thick crystal slab off the surface of a bulk device using crystal-ion-slicing.
