Popis: | Exposure to stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the subsequent potential for unpleasant emotions, increases risk of emotional eating. Results from an international survey showed an increase in reported eating and weight as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic (Ruiz et al., 2021.) Targeting eating behaviour through provision of remote self-help interventions that would not require the presence of a practitioner is, therefore, a critical strategy to ameliorate the impact of COVID-19 and is the focus of this study. |
