Popis: [EN] A document that presents the redefinition of the Science and Society Area of the CYTED (the Science and Technology for Development Programme created by the Summit of Ibero-American Heads of State), unanimously approved by the annual Assembly of the CTYED held in Urubamba (Peru) on 27 November 2009. This definition openly supports the creation of an Ibero-American Space for Knowledge, the construction of an alternative Public Science model to the unilineal model of positive science, and the centrality of Heritage (understood in its widest sense as an active repository of cultural tradition) in order to create a multi-vocal and multi-agent approach towards science and knowledge. Based on this reflection, the priority thematic lines are proposed and described in order to guide the presentation of projects and proposals to the annual calls of the CYTED.
