| Popis: | Organizational networks studies and their motivations are justified through a series of challenges, among them the structural characteristics and motivations in a dynamic network of actors. Thus, this article’s objective is to describe the structural and motivational configuration of a network called Rede de Organizações de Materiais Recicláveis da Grande Curitiba from 2007-2011. Through the process of identification and social networks analysis, through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, we present the description of the historical features of the network. In addition to that we mapped its relational and structural embeddedness over the time, separated by each actor’s personal motivations. In order to do this, we used structural network indicators separated by motivations. These analyzes enabled us to realize the structural configuration of the network by motivational types, besides its main actors and changes in time, contributing in a new methodological perspective, the development of network analysis, applied in the areas of applied social sciences, whose specific contribution rises the importance of understanding the individual motivations in cooperative systems of organizational networks. Estudos de redes organizacionais e suas motivações se justificam por meiode uma série de desafios, dentre eles, quais as características estruturais emotivações de uma rede dinâmica de atores. Sendo assim, o objetivo do presente artigoe descrever a configuração estrutural e motivacional da Rede de Organizações de Materiais Recicláveis da Grande Curitiba, noperíodo de 2007 a 2011. Por meio do processo de identificação e analise deredes sociais, realizado por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas equestionários, apresenta-se a descrição das principais característicashistóricas da rede, além do mapeamento do seu embeddedness estrutural e relacional ao longo do tempo, separadospor motivações individuais de cada um dos atores. Para tal, foram utilizados osindicadores de estrutura da Rede separados por motivações. Tais análisespossibilitaram perceber a configuração estrutural da rede por tipo demotivações, além de seus principais atores e modificações no tempo,contribuindo sob uma nova perspectiva metodológica, no desenvolvimento das análisesde redes, aplicadas as áreas das ciências sociais aplicadas, cuja contribuiçãoespecífica eleva a importância do entendimento das motivações individuais nossistemas de cooperação em redes organizacionais. |
