Popis: Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj parametara lemljenja na mehanička svojstva lemljenog spoja. U teorijskom dijelu rada definirani su postupci mekog i tvrdog lemljenja. Opisan je i definiran fizikalni proces lemljenja te su definirani parametri postupka. Prikazan je pregled i sastav talila koji se primjenjuju za tvrdo lemljenje te je dan pregled nerazornih metoda ispitivanja zalemljenih spojeva. U prvom dijelu eksperimentalnog istraživanja provedeno je lemljenje uzoraka tehnologijom ručnog lemljenja plamenom uz promjenu zračnosti između uzoraka. U drugom dijelu istraživanja provedena je vizualna i radiografska kontrola kvalitete zalemljenih spojeva s ciljem utvrđivanja kvalitete zalemljenog spoja. U trećem dijelu istraživanja provedeno je mjerenje najveće vlačne sile tj. prekidne sile na spojevima. Na osnovu rezultata dobivenih ispitivanjima zaključilo se o utjecaju zračnosti spojeva na mehanička svojstva istih. The aim of this graduate thesis was to determine the influence of the soldering parameters on the mechanical properties of the soldered joint. In the theoretical part of the thesis, soldering and brazing procedures are defined. The physical process of soldering and parameters of the process are defined. The review and composition of the flux used for hard soldering are presented and a review of nondestructive examination methods of testing of brazed joints is given. In the first part of the experimental thesis, soldering of samples was done by flame brazing technology with the change of the air gap between the samples. In the second part of the thesis, visual and radiographic control of the quality of fused joints was performed to determine the quality of them. In the third part of the study, the measurement of the greatest tensile force, i.e. the breaking force of the joints, was performed. Based on the results of the tests, it was concluded that the influence of the airborne compounds on the mechanical properties of the compounds was determined.
