Popis: El trabajo consiste en la realización de una ruta gastronómica de comida tradicional maridada en las provincias de Córdoba y Ciudad Real. En las diferentes paradas de la ruta se destacan distintos establecimientos que ofrecen platos típicos de su zona con su correspondiente maridaje. En función de las características del lugar, el maridaje se centrará más en un aspecto u otro (por ejemplo, en el caso de las bodegas se centrará más en el vino). Los restaurantes y bodegas participantes le dan una gran importancia a las Denominaciones de Origen en sus platos y maridajes. Para acompañar a la ruta, se proporcionan las diferentes tipologías turísticas que se pueden realizar y los alojamientos donde pernoctar en cada destino. Por último, se ha realizado un análisis de los turistas gastronómicos para conocer el perfil de persona que demanda este tipo de turismo. The project consists in a gastronomic route of traditional food and drink pairing in the provinces of Cordoba and Ciudad Real. At each stop during the journey, different establishments will be highlighted that offer typical food from their area with their food and wine pairing. Depending on the characteristics of the place, it will focus more on one aspect or another (for example, in the case of the wineries, it will focus more on wine). The participating restaurants and wineries give great importance to the PDO of their pairings. It is also provided the different types of tourism that can be done in the area and the accommodation where to stay overnight in each destination. Last but not least a research has been carried out in order to determine the profile who demands this concrete kind of tourism.
