| Popis: | Uncontrolled diabetes, particularly in early pregnancy during the stage of organogenesis, increases the risk of teratogenesis. A case of mixed congenital abnormalities in a fetus demonstrated ultrasonographically during the second trimester of pregnancy in an uncontrolled insulin-dependent diabetic mother is presented.
