Abstrakt: •Implementation of a post-transplantation granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) policy for autologous stem cell transplantation ( ASCT) accelerated neutrophil engraftment without compromising platelet engraftment.•Use of post-transplantation G-CSF was associated with shorter inpatient duration, fewer readmissions, and decreased antibiotic use among non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients.•Similar benefits were not seen in patients who underwent transplantation for multiple myeloma, many of whom received outpatient-based ASCT.
