Abstrakt: Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is traditionally associated with fertility treatments and results in elevated human chorionic gonadotropin (βhCG) levels and fluid shifts to extravascular compartments. Rarely, spontaneous pregnancies with significant βhCG elevations, such as molar pregnancies, can give rise to OHSS.
