| Abstrakt: | The ostracode assemblages from subsurface Miocene deposits of northwestern Germany are subdivided into several ecozones which reflect the transgressions and regressions of the North Sea. Evolutionary lineages originating from Late Oligocene species allow to recognize 3 superzones. |
