A case of tubal pregnancy following culdoscopic tubal sterilization with the use of tantalum clips is presented. The problems and risks of reversible sterilization methods in women are discussed. The lack of information relative to reversibility, as well as long-term permeability and failure, requires a cautious approach at the present time. |
