Myocardial calcification involving the interventricular septum was demonstrated in a 49-year-old man by roentgenography and cineangiography. Such a condition is relatively uncommon; it is, however, important that a correct diagnosis be made in order to differentiate this from calcifications seen in pericarditis, a condition which is potentially amenable to therapy. |
