A polylithiated βketoester, βdiketone, or βketoamide was condensedcyclized with lithiated methyl 2aminosulfonylbenzoate, to afford new 3substituted 1,2benzisothiazole 1,1dioxides. Some Grignard or organolithium reagents were also condensedcyclized with methyl 2aminosulfonylbenzoate to give 3substituted 1,2benzisothiazole 1,1dioxides. |
