The author presents the first operational implementations evaluation concerning a floods forecast.The forecast is only possible downstream of a reliable and efficient system for capturing data owing to the difficulties encountered in the relationship between the data collecting system and the forecast software. The programming structures used and the perspectives are analysed. The interactive means used by the forecaster are examined. |
