We present the results of the investigation of damaged metals of various components of steam-and-water systems of supercritical-pressure power units operating in water-chemical modes with dosing of oxygen. It is shown that the influence of working media on the metals manifests itself in the processes of corrosion, hydrogenation, internal oxidation, and embrittlement under the conditions of directed diffusion of the products of thermolysis of organic impurities of the heat carrier in propagating cracks. It is demonstrated that the decisive role in the fracture processes is played by the characteristics of the working media (electric conductivity, pH value, concentration of organic compounds, chlorides, sulfates, etc.). We also give basic recommendations on how to prevent these processes. |
