Abstrakt: 1.Highly reproducible glass capillary columns are obtained by a static high pressure method with a t-butylamido-N-docosanoyl-L-valine chiral phase, having a high selectivity and effectiveness in enantiomeric separations of derivatives of racemic amino acids, and stability at temperatures up to 175°C.2.By using short capillary columns (as short as 5 m) enantiomeric separations of high-boiling amino acid derivatives were carried out: esters of D,L-N-acetylphenylalanine, D,L-N-Benzoylvaline, and D,L-N-TFA-tryptophane.
