Abstrakt:	Conclusions 1.We determined the equilibrium constants for the reaction of the 2-substitutedπ-allylpalladium chloride complexes with pyridine andγ-picoline.2.The equilibrium constant increases with increase in the electronegativity of the substituent in the allyl group, while the substituent in pyridine exerts the opposite effect.
