Abstrakt: H-ZSM-11, the proton-exchanged form of ZSM-11 zeolite has been studied for conversion of n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane and a mixture of light paraffins to aromatic hydrocarbons, at 400–540 °C and WHSV=1 h−1, giving high selectivity to BTX (80%). The aromatic yields are apparently limited only by the hydrogen content of the feed and products.
