Abstrakt: Conclusions 1.Intraventricular injections of rats with 20 µliter of brain-specific proteins of the basic S-100 fraction in a concentration of 3 mg/ml (but not 1 mg/ml) significantly facilitates formation of predatory aggression of animals (killing of mice induced by food deprivation and social isolation).2.This effect is evoked only by the whole S-100 molecule, but not its fragments.3.Administration of the minor S-100 fraction, ablumin, and total rat brain proteins did not exert an influence on predatory aggression of animals.
