The article examines how library technical services have changed in the 21st century, focusing specifically on how the cataloging and processing practices at the Technical Services Department of University Libraries at Western Michigan University have developed. Acquisition of more electronic resources is covered as well as how the library has changed from processing in-house materials to a shelf-ready model. |
