The article presents a study that determines the production of p-Aminobenzoic acid from the metabolically engineered Escherichia coli. It offers details of the study that uses engineered chromosome to overproduce para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA). It notes the result of the study which suggests shows the generated strain that were produced from the glucose in fed-batch culture. |
