| Abstrakt: |
The article explores the performance of vitreoretinal surgery in a doctor's office. It offers information on the developments which studied the feasibility of office-based vitrectomy and its future. It also discusses the requirements for procedure room and equipment such as the vitrectomy unit, microscope and viewing system. Also discussed are three surgical cases performed by the authors. Cost-benefit analysis is also discussed. |
