Abstrakt: This article presents an experiment about a fried egg at the molecular level. It is like looking at a section of the egg through a high-powered microscope in a biology lab. Forms of atomic bonding happen within the egg itself and between the egg and whatever molecules are close to it. The egg's molecules bond with the iron of the pan.
