Patient was an 80 year old woman with dyspepsia. An upper endoscopy showed confluent polypoid lesions in the second portion of the duodenum. A histological study showed a follicular B-cell lymphoma. This is a rare low grade neoplasm of duodenum which must be differentiated from follicular reactive hyperplasia and other lymphomas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
