| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which examines the influence of aqueous extracts of perennial deciduous shrub Paeonia Decomposita or P. decomposita on wheat seedlings' germination and other metabolic activities linked with its growth. The study involved the collection of plump seeds of the shrub from Danba country of Sichuan Province in China in October 2010. Results show that the existence of inhibitory substances played a role in the dormancy of P. decomposita seeds. |
