The article discusses the biblical context or stand about the prophecy of the world's end. It clarifies the disagreement of Catholic scholars on assumptions that the Book of Revelation provides prognostications on the end of the world and its preceding events. It points out that the end of the world phrase is misleading. It suggests Catholics to prepare for the ultimate coming of the Son of Man, not the end of the world, by permitting the will of God in their lives. |
