Abstrakt: The article offers information on several exercise for shoulder joints. It says that the full can exercise provides strength to supraspinatus muscle which is responsible for the humeral bone head lowering and initial arm elevation. It states that posterior shoulder stretch tightens up the joints on the inside. It adds that the internal rotation hand behind the back stretch exercise helps in stretching shoulder capsule's back and providing shoulder joint motion.
