Abstrakt: The article focuses on the reopening of the High Cross House in Devon, England to the public through the efforts of the National Trust. The High Cross House was built by Swiss-American architect William Lescaze in 1932. It was added by the National Trust to its English Riviera portfolio of properties, and was reopened to the public to show sustainable arts-led programme focusing on modernist architecture and exhibiting the work of local artists.
