Abstrakt:	The article explores the traffic stop data that is collected by the North Carolina Department of Justice from 2005 to 2009. It focuses on the identification of ethnic and racial disparities in policing. Further it discusses the reasons behind disproportionate treatment of ethnic and racial group during traffic stops.
