Abstrakt: The article presents a study which aims to disrupt the synthesis of cortical neuronal γ -aminobutyric acid A receptor (GABAAR) using RNA interference (RNAi) α 1 and measures the neuronal outward potassium (K) currents. The brain cortical neurons of the five Wistar fetal rats were cultured in vitro and isolated. It reveals that small interfering RNA (siRNA) synthesis can inhibit target protein expression effectively after transcription.
