The article discusses the factors to consider to better supervise expectations and lessen intrusion on personal time. According to Wayne A. Hochwater, a professor of management at Florida State University, one should inform the manager about a commitment to work hard to make him appear successful. He points out that companies should implement formal policies when it comes to trespassing on worker's non-work time. |
