The article focuses on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) designed to support the best practices related with operating the preferred instrumentation of a laboratory. It is said that emerging standards in next generation sequencing (NGS) are a result of the critical investments made by laboratories in instrumentation. LIMS can provide an automatic calculation of the titrations to ease library preparation. Push or pull models can be applied by LIMS. |
