This article focuses on practices that may be implemented by perennial growers for a successful perennial production. It stresses the importance of early planning and setting the goals of the perennial program, such as container sizes and targeted sales window. It advises growers to choose the best starter material depending on finished container size. It also states that inspection of all shipments of plant materials received is important to ensure good quality. |
